EWEnoughware pressure washingIndependent beta

Lean-stack guide

The free pressure-washing stack is good until it starts charging you in time.

A new operator can often run the first stage of the business with a calendar, a simple quote/invoice system, cloud storage, and a tiny lead tracker. “Free” stops being cheap when maintaining the pieces costs more than connecting them.

Schedule

Google Calendar

Lean default

  • Works well when one person controls the day.
  • Put address, customer, scope, and notes in the event.

Invoices

Square Invoices

Simple payment path

  • Useful if basic estimates/invoices and payment collection cover the workflow.
  • Check current transaction and feature pricing before choosing.

Lead tracker

A small spreadsheet

Four statuses may be enough

  • Lead received → quote sent → follow-up due → won/lost.
  • Move to a CRM only when this becomes unreliable or multi-user.

Commercial disclosure: these are ordinary vendor links today. If a link later pays Enoughware a commission, the relationship will be disclosed next to that link.

The four failure modes that justify paying

Duplicate entry. You type customer/job details into several systems. Invisible follow-up. Quotes disappear into messages. Coordination. Another worker cannot see the live plan. Automation value. Reminders, booking, deposits, or routing can measurably recover time or revenue.

Do the payback test before the migration

Software should beat the monthly subscription with a plausible combination of admin hours saved and gross profit from jobs recovered. Our calculator makes that assumption visible rather than hiding it inside a product recommendation.
